Know all men by these presents we & & of the County of and State of are held and firmly bound unto the City of in the sum of three hundred dollars lawful money of the for the payment of which well and truly to be & made we bind ourselves, our heirs executors and administrators Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents in witness whereof we have hereunto Set our hands and Seals this twenty fifth day of July AD 1844—
The condition of this obligation is such that whereas the said City of did on or about the third (3d) day of June AD 1844 before the municiple court of the City of recover a Judgement against the said above bound & for the sum of one hundred dollars as a fine. And costs of Suit, [blank] And whereas the Said hath sued out the writ of from the Circuit Court of & aforesed commanding the said Municipal Court of to send up the Records & procedings of sd cause by whatever name or stile the same may be discribed in the Records of said Court to the said Circuit Court for trial as an appeal cause. Now
Now if the said shall prosecute his said writ with effect and shall pay whatever Judgement, shall be rendered by the said Circuit Court against him upon dismissal rendered against him [p. [1]]
