Know all men by these presents that we , . and , of the county of and State of , are held & severally bound unto the City of in the Sum of three hundred Dollars, lawful money of the , for the payment of which well & truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs executors & administrators jointly & severally & firmly by these presents—
In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this 26th. day of July A. D. 1844—
The conditions of this obligation is such that whereas the said City of did, on or about the 3rd day of June A D 1844 before the Municipal Court of the said City of , recovered a judg ment against the said above bound— for the sum of one hundred dollars fines & Costs of Suit
And whereas the said hath sued out the writ of from the Circuit Court of said , commanding the said Municipal Court to send up the Record & Proceedings of said causes by whatever name or style the same may be described in the records of said Court, to the said Circuit Court for trial as in an appeal cause—
