THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF , TO THE OF SAID —GREETING.
WE COMMAND YOU THAT YOU TAKE Joseph Smith, Senr. if to be found in your , and him safely keep, so that you have his body before the Circuit Court of said County of , on the first day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the Court House in , on the Third Monday in the month of October next to answer the People of the State of for and concerning the crime of Adultery & fornication with which his stands charged in our said Court, as by a certain bill of Indictment prepared<prefered> against him by the Grand Jury of said in that behalf appears.
And have you then there this writ, and make return thereon in what manner you execute the same.
