To the Honorable the Municipal Court of the City of in said of & , Greeting:
We command you, that a certificate copy or transcript of the Record and proceedings of a certain Suit lately pending before you, wherein the City of was plaintiff & was defendant, or by whatever name the Said Suit may be entered of Record, and wherein you rendered a Judgment for the Sum of one hundred dollars <fine> & costs of Suit in favor of the said city of and against the Said with all things tutching the Same as fully as the Same are now before you, you Send, Sealed & Enclosed with this writ, to our Circuit Court within and for Said at a Circuit Court to be holden at on the Third Monday in the Month of October next whereof fail not under the penalty of what the law directs, and have you then there this writ,
