Collins land and lot No. 43, and the line of lot No. 42 agreeable to the new survey, west by land surveyed off, to Seth Makepeace from lot No. 29, and by the road leading by William Fosters North by lot No. 16, and by fifty one acres and twenty seven rods surveyed off to Seth Makepeace from lot No. 30 in tract one reserving and excepting from the bounds of the land above described, one acre one hundred and sixteen rods, commencing at the south east corner of land surveyed off, to from 22 rods west of the centre of the road leading from to , thence 23 rods south thence east 12 rods, thence north 23 rods, thence west 12 rods to the place of beginning supposed to contain one hundred forty two acres and forty four rods Be the same more or less.
