To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting: Know Ye that we & ; for the consideration of fifteen hundred dollars received to our full satisfaction of , do remise release and forever unto the said all our right title and claim to him and to his heirs and assigns forever, the following described tract, piece, parcel or lot of land, lying situate in the township of County of Geauga and State of Ohio, being in township number nine in the ninth Range of townships, in the so called being an equal undivided third of the following pieces of Land: Beginning in the centre of the north and south State Road six chains and ninety-five links from the northwest corner of Lot No. 13 measured in said Road, at the Southwest corner of land formerly deeded by Elam Fairchild to thence N. 89° E, 49 chains to a Stake thence S. 1° E. 6 chains & 43 links to a Stake in the line of lot No. 13. thence N. 89° E. along the line of said Lot No. 13. 7 chains and 78 Links to a Stake at the N. E. corner of lot 13. thence South 1° E. 20 chains and 5 links to the centre of the highway. thence S. 89° W. 27 chains and 4 links. thence continuing S. 49¼° W. 3 chains and 69 links. thence with the same S. 89¾° W. 12 chains to a Stake, thence N. ½° W. 2 chains and 31 Links to the line of Lot 13. thence S. 89° W. 3 chains & 88 Links to the S. W. corner of Lot 13— thence N. westerly along the highway 28 chains & 12 links to the place of beginning including all highways laid thereon, containing One hundred thirty two acres and 4/100. being the same lands formerly deeded by to Joseph Smith Jr. and — To have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises with the appurtenances [p. 540]
