who executed the sam[e] and acknowledged the same to be their own free act and deed for the uses and purposes theren mentioned and expressed. And the <sd> Rosanah Marks being made acquainted with the contents of said conveyance and examined by me separate and apart from her acknowledged that she— relinquished her Dower to the premises herein conveyed freely voluntarily and without compulsion of her . Given under my hands and seal this 11th day of February A D 1841
