This Indenture made the twenty second day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one Between and his wife of the Town of County of Lake and State of Ohio of the first part and Zalmon S. Mead and Robert W Mead of the of the second part Witnesseth That the parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars money of account of the to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part the receipt Whereof is confessed and acknowledged to them duly paid have sold and by these presents do grant and convey to said party of the second part their heirs and assigns All that certain Lot of land in the town of County of Oswego and State of New York being a part of Lots number Twenty Six in the Henderson tract in Township number Fourteen of Scribas Patent beginning [p. 115]
