the first part, for and in Consideration of the Sum of two thousand two hundred Dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and Confirm unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever, all all that tract or parcel of Land, Situate and being in the County of in the State of herein and described as follows, to wit: it being a part of the farm Called the Wiggins Farm and further described as follows To Wit: All of the west half of the North East quarter of Section thirty Township Seven North of Range Eight west of the Fourth principal Meridian excepting forty rods Square out of the South East quarter of Said West half Also all <​of​> the North West quarter of Section Thirty, Township And range Aforesaid excepting Sixty Acres bounded as follows Beginning at a post Eighty Eight Rods West of the South East corner of Said west half of N. E. quarter of Sec 30. 7 N. 8 W. running thence west Sixty Rods, thence North to a post one hundred and eighty <​Sixty​> Rods; thence east to a Post Sixty rods thence South One hundred and Sixty rods to the place of beginning. Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in Anywise Appertaining. To Have And To Hold the above described premises unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the Said Joseph Smith party of the First part, his assigns and Successors in Office, the aforesaid premises, unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns, against the Claim or Claims of All and every person Whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these Presents.
