This Indenture made and entered into, this Twenty eighth day of April in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and forty Two between Joseph Smith, as sole Trustee in Trust, for the Church of Jesus, Christ of Latter day Saints Saints, of the County of and State of of the first part, and Jesse Price of the County of and aforesaid, of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said Joseph Smith party of the first for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell, convey and confirm unto the Said Jesse Price party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that Tract or Parcel of Land Situate and being in the County of in the State of known and described as follows to wit The north half of Lot no three in Block no one hundred and forty City of . Together with all and Singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Jesse Price party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.
