This Indenture made and entered into, this Twenty third day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty two, between Joseph Smith as sole Trustee in trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints. of the county of and state of , of the first part, and Julius Guinard of the County of Switzerland and State of Indiana of the Second part. Witnesseth that the said Joseph Smith as sole Trustee in trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and Confirm unto the said Julius Guinard his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the County of and State of , known and described as follows.
