Know all men by these presents that we Joseph Smith. . and and . —— [Phebe Brooks] Rigdon, and , our wives all of the County of and State of do by these presents for ourselves our heirs and assigns and assign over all and each of our right title interest Estate claim and demand to the within Bond and every thing herein contained to , , & , for and in consideration of a Just and equitable settlement of all demands between the aforesaid parties as specified in a certain bond bearing bearing even date herewith executed By the Said , and to the Said Joseph Smith as Sole Trustee in trust for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints, Witness our hands and Seals at this seventh day of July AD 1843.
