A D 1836, together with all and Singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions remainders, rents, issues and proffers, thereof; and all the estate, right title, interest claim or demand whatsoever of me the said Joseph Smith Jr. either in Law or Equity of in and to the above bargained premises.
