Know all men by these presents, that I of Handcock County and State of Illinois, in Consideration of Five Hundred dollars to me in hand paid by of Handcock County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have bargained sold, and , and by these presents do bargain, sell and unto the said , and to his heirs, and assigns forever, all my right and title interest Estate Claim and demand both at law and in Equity, and as well in possession as in Expectancy, of in and to all that Certain Lot or parcel of land situate in the , Geauga County & State of Ohio and discribed as follows—
Begining in the centre of the road leading from to at the South West Corner of land previously owned by & Running thence Easterly along the South line of said land twenty rods; Thence southerly four Rods; Thence Westerly paralel with the first line twenty Rods to the centre of the aforesaid road; Thence northerly along the Centre of said Road four rods to the place of begining: containing one half of an acre of land be the same more or less
