This day came the parties aforesaid by their attornies, And the defendants moved the Court for a of this Cause and filed thier affidavits which motion being <and> reasons being Considered of by the Court. It is ordered that this Cause be Continued until the next regular term of this Court, And on the motion of the defendants by their attorney It is ordered that a dedimus issue to the State of and the Territory of to take the depositions of witnesses to be read on the trial of this Cause [p. 222]
