This day came the parties herein by their Attennis [attorneys] and submit this cause to the Court upon the issues joined and the Court being fully advised in the premises: It is Therefore considered that the said be made a party defendant to the judgment aforesaid and that the said plaintiff have his against the said of the Damages and Costs aforesaid and also his costs in this behalf expended.
