This day came the by his and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the said has been duly served by Scire facias and being called came not nor any person for him but herein made default Whereupon it is considered by the court that the said have and recover of the said the sum of Two Hundred Dollars the amount of his Debt in his Scire facias mentioned Together with his damages and as those damages are unknown to the court it is ordered that the assess the same and the having assessed the same at the sum of Thirty seven Dollars and thirty nine cents which being approved of by the court It is ordered that the said have and recover of the said the said sum of Two Hundred Dollars his Debt aforesaid as also the said sum of Thirty seven Dollars and thirty nine cents his Damages so assessed as aforesaid Together with his costs by him herein expended. And that the mortgaged premises The East half of Lot No Three (3) in Block No One hundred forty Eight (148) in the City of Hancock County Illinois be sold to Satisfy said Judgment and that a special writ of issue for that purpose [p. 258]
