This day came administrator of the estate of Joseph Smith Jr deceased and filed his petition asking that dower may be set off to said in each of the parcels of land described in said petition respectively and that the may be ordered to sell said real estate or so much thereof as shall be necessary for the payment of the debts of the deceased & expenses of administration, and it is ordered that said petition be set for hearing on the 24th day of October AD 1861 at 10 Oclock A M and it is also ordered that said give the defendants legal notice of the pr[o]ceeding object and prayer of said petition
