The People of the State of , to The City of said .— Greeting/
We command you that of the Goods and Chattels of William H. McGraw and James White in said , you make the Sum of Twenty five Dollars Debt, and three Dollars Cost, which the said City of lately recovered before me, in a Certain Case of a breach of a City Ordinance, by Selling, Spirituous Liquors, against the said William H. McGraw and James White, and hereof make return to me within seventy days from this date.— Given under my Hand and Seal this second day of August 1842.—
