I. the within named Do hereby return this writ with the Boddy of with the following cause of caption and detention to wit the within was arrested <on> warrant isued by a Justice of the Peace in and for the County of and State of by a Constable of in the State of on the 21st. Day of November 1843 on the oath of for the Crime of Fellony and has been examined by the aforesaid J. P. and required to give bail in the sum of three Hundred Dollars for his appearance befour Circuit Court of at on the first Day of the next term thereof he having failed to comply with the above requisition a Warrant of Commitment was isued by the above named J. P. under which he is now held
