Sam will get a cash job there & likely stay there during summer if Jenny or Hannah go their passage will be paid there by my wife or who meet every boat, now they might be better there than where they are but they must pleas themselves. about going, those men must be brought to Justice, there is no escape from this, that is certain the innocent will not be harmd I am against mobs, but the Law must be magnified at all hazards we have a hundred Barrels of flour here for the folks and has no means to live only from the country and that is cut of[f] sure, there are thousands ready now & thousands more coming from and the country round here [p.
