assigns the sum of Two Hundred Dollars with ten per cent interest per annum, within one year from this date, together with the interest, in manner particularly specified in a certain note bearing even date herewith, Executed by the said , to the said then, and from thenceforth, these presents and every thing herein contained shall cease, and be void, anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
