trators doth promise, covenant and agree, to and with the said Henry Boley and his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, that before the ensealing and delivery hereof he was the true and lawful owner of the premises hereby granted, and had good right, full power, and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid: And further, that he the said & Sarah his wife and their heirs, executors and administrators will Warrant and forever defend, the aforesaid premises, with their appurtenances, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Henry Boley and his heirs and assigns forever, against all persons claiming or to claim, by, from or under either of them, or any of them, or by, from or under any other person or persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said together with Sarah Foster wife of the said who hereby forever relinquisheth all right of dower in the said premises, hath hereunto set their hands and seals on the day and year first above written.

Before me, a Justice of the peace within and for said , personally came & Sarah Foster the above named grantors and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the above Deed to be their voluntary act for the use and purposes therein expressed. And the said Sarah Foster being examined by me separate and apart from her said , and the contents of the said Deed being fully made known to her upon such separate examination declared, that she did voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same, and that she was still satisfied therewith. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and placed my seal, this eleventh day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three

Mary Brown to Elijah Hayden 1/3 acre in Mary Browns Lot
This Indenture, made this Twentieth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & forty three, between Mary Brown of the County of & State of of the one part & Elijah Hayden of the County of & aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Mary Brown for & in consideration of the sum of Twenty five dollars (25) to her in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell & convey & confirm unto the said Elijah Hayden his heirs & assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the County of in the State of and City of , viz. being the East one third part of an acre Lot on which said Mary Brown now resides, commencing at a stone in the North east corner of said Mary Browns Lot & running five & one third (5⅓) rods due West, thence South Ten (10) rods to Young Street, thence five & one third rods East to s field, thence North to the place of beginning, described in the Deed of to Mary Brown, particularly be the same more or less than one third of an acre, together with all & singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, to have & to hold the above described premises unto the said Elijah Hayden his heirs & assigns forever.
