Know all men by these presents, that Ethan Kimball of the county of , and state of , has this day for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars in hand paid by of the county of and state of , Granted, bargained and sold unto the said a certain Lot or piece of land lying and situated in ’s second addition to in said county and state last mentioned, as will more fully appear by reference to the plat of said addition being the East half of the West half of Lot No four (4) in Block No nineteen (19) of ’s second addition to the town of .
To have and to hold the above described Lot or piece of land with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said his heirs and assigns forever.
And the said Ethan Kimball for himself his heirs and assigns administrators and executors, do warrant and forever defend the title of the Lot or piece of land against every person , or persons claiming by, through, or under him in any manner, or any other persons whatever.
In testimony whereof, He has hereunto set his name and affixed his seal this fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three.
