This Indenture made and entered into, this twenty eighth day of July in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty five between and as Trustees in trust for the Church of Jesus christ of Latter Day TrusteesinTrustfortheChurchof Saints, of the county of Sa and stat[e] of , of the first part, and of the county of and aforsaid, of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said and party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dolars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge do hereby grant bargin, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the state of known and described as follows, to wit: a part of lot number one Block number one hundred and fifty seven of the Town of N commencing one hundred and nine feet six inches south of the north East corner of said lot and runing thence west six rods thence North eighteen feet nine inches thence west six rods to the west line of said lot thence south fifty feet and one inch, thence East twelve rods to the East line of the lot thence south thirty one feet four inch to the place of begining together with all and singular the appurtenancs thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To Have And To Hold the above described premises <unto> the said part[y] of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever and the said and patry of the first part, their successors in office the aforesaid premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, againts the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Testimony Whereof the said party of the first part, have hereunto set these hands and seals the day and year above writen
