This Indenture, made and entered into, this twentyeth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hudred and forty four between of the county of and State of , of the one part, and Delila Mikesell of the county of and aforesaid, of the other part, witnesseth, that the said for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to her in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant, ba<r>gin, sell, convey and confirm unto the said Delila Mikesell her heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situate and beinge in the county of in the state of , viz: begining at a post at the South west corner of the orchard in the center of the lane thence East forty nine Rods thence North thirty two Rods and three quarters thence North forty three Rods this line rinning 3 deg east of a North course then west 19 Rods thence 43 Rods Running South 3 deg west thence west to a post at the orchard frome thence to the place of begining Being a part of North east quarter of Section 19 Township six North Range eight west of the 4 principle meridian containing 15 acres be the same more or less Together with all and sigular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Delila Mikesell her heirs and assigns forever and the said and assigns the aforesaid premises, unto the said Delila Mikesell her heirs and assigns againts the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrent and forever defend by these presents
