This Indenture, made and entered into, this sixteenth day of August in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hudred and forty five between and his wife of the county of and state aforesaid of , of the one part, and of the county of and aforesaid, of the other part, Witnsseth, that the said and his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dol<l>ars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said his heirs and assigns forever, all that part or parcel of land, situated and being in the co<u>nty of in the state of , viz: a part of Lot fratctional Lot Number three in Block Number fower in ’ addition to begining at the South west corner of said lot thence North (95½) ninty five and a haf<lf> feet, thence East three Rods, thence South ninty five and a half feet thence West to the pa<l>ace of begining Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, To Have And To Hold the above described premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and his wife their he<i>rs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said, his heirse and assigns, againts the claim or claims of all and evry person whomesoever, do and will warrante and forevery defend by these presents.
