This Indenture, made and entered into, this thirteenth <thirtieth> day of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty five between William Aims-cough and Mary Aimscough [Ainscough] his wife, of the county of and State of , of the one part, and Thomas B Foy of the and aforsaid, of the other part, Witnesseth that the said William Ainscough, <and> Mary his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars, to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain, sell convey and quit claim unto the said Thomas B Foy his heirs and assigns forever, all that part or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the state of viz, apart of lot No (2) in Block No one hundred and twenty five of the city of commenceing twenty four feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot thence south twenty one feet three inches thence east forty feet thence North fifteen feet three inches thenced west twenty feet thence North six feet thence west twenty feet to the place of begining Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining To Have and to hold the above described premises unto the said Thomas B Foy his heirs and assigns forever and the said William Ainscough and Mary his wife, there heirs and assigns. the aforesaid prenises, unto the said Thomas B Foy his heirs and assigns, against the claim or claims of all and every peson whomesoever, do and will warrent and forever defend by these presents. In testimony whereof, the said William AinsCough and Mary Ains Cough his wife of the first part. have hereunto set there hands and seals, the day and year first above written.
