This Indenter made and entered into, this twenty seventh day of June in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty five between Thomas B Foy and Catharine [Foy] his wife, <​o​>for the county of and State of , of the one part, and Josiah Bois of the and aforesaid, of the other part, witnesseth that the said Thomas B Foy and Catharine his wife, for and in consideration of sum of Sixty seven dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said Josiah Bois his heirs and assigns forever, all that part <​or parcel​> of land situate and being in the county of in the state of , viz a part of lot No (2) two in Block no one hundre and twenty five feet of the city of commencing twenty five f <​feet​> from the North east corner of Said lot, thence south twenty one feet three inches thence east forty feet, thence north fifteen feet three inches thence weste twenty feet thence north six feet thence west twenty feet to the place of begining Together with all and sigular th apupurtenancs thereunto belonging, or in any wise appetaining To Have And to hold the above described premises unto the said Josiah Bois his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Thomas B Foy and Catharine his wife, there heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises unto the said Josiah Bois his heirs and assigns, the againts the claim or claims of all and evry person whomesoevry, do and will warrent and forevey defend by these presents

In testimony whereof, the said Thomas B Foy and Catharine his wife of the first part, have hereunto set there hands and seals, the dy and year first above written
