This Indenture, made and entered into, this sixteenth day of September in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty five between and as Trustees in Trust for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, of the county of , and State of of the first part, and John Pickles of the county of and aforesaid, of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said and party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sun of one hundred dollars, to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is herby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargin, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said John Pickles party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the State of known and described as follows, to wit; N being apart of lot number thirty two in Block number six of s addition to commencing one and a half rods East of the North west corner of said Lot and runing thence south about eight rods and six feet thence three inches to Plaques line, thence East twelve rods, thence North about eight rods Six feet and three inches thence west twelve rods to the place of begining be the same more or less together with all and singular the appurtenancs therunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said John Pickels party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, And the said and paty of the first part, their successors in ofice, the aforesaid premises unto the said John Pickels party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, againts the claim or claims of all and evry person whomesoever, do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Testimony Whereof, the said and party of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above writen
