This Indentere made and entered into third this third day of June in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty five between and Sarah [Tilton] Hibard his wife, of the county of and State of , of the one part, and Origin Mowery of the county of and aforesaid, of the other part, Witnesseth that the said and Sarah Hibard his wife, for and in consideration of the Sum of fifty dollars. to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto the said Origin Mowry his heirs and assigns forever, all that part or parcel of land, situate and being in the county of in the state of — viz: fractional lot No fowr (4) in Block No one (1) of s first addition to Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wase ppertaining
To Have And to hold the above descried premises, unto the said Origin Mowry his heirs and assigns forever. And the said and Sarah Hibard his wife their heirs and assigns, the aforesaid premises, unto the said Origin Mowry by his heirs and assigns, againts the claim or claims of all and every person whomesoever, do and will warrent and forever defend by these presents.
In testinny whereof, the said and Sarah Hibard his wife of the first part, have hereunto set their hands and seals, the day and year first above writen.

In a Justice of the peace, in and fore the said , do certify that and Sarah Hibard his wife, whose signatures appear to the forgoing Deed, and who are personally known to me to be the persons described in, <and> who executed the same, did severally acknowledge that they had executed the said conveyance, for the uses and perposes therein mention. And the said Sarah Hibard having been by me made acquainted with the contents of said Deed, and examin seprate and apart from her said , acknowledged that she had executed the sane, and relinquish her dower to the premises therein conveyed, voluntarily, freely, and without compulsion of her said .
