This Indenture made and entered into This twenty second day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three between of the county of and State of of the one part and of the county of and aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to her in hand paid the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant, bargain Sell convey and confirm unto the Said his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the County of in the State of Viz:— The East Undivided one fourth part of the South half of the West half of Lot number four in Block number one hundred and fifty nine of the city of commencing three rods east of the South West corner of Said Lot thence north five and a half rods, thence East one rod thence South five and a half rods thence West one rod to the place of beginning— Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to Hold the above decribed premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever And the said her heirs and assigns the aforesaid premises unto the said his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In testimony whereof the said of the first part hath hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year first above written
