<part of SEC 6 T 4 R 7 100 acres Ex> presents do grant bargain and sell convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that tract of land situate and being in the county of and State of , Known and described as the one <West> part of the North East quarter of Section No Six in Township No four north of Range No Seven west of the fourth principal Meridian containing one hundred acres together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto Belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the Estate right title and interest of the said parties of the first part of and to the same
TohaveandtoHold the land and premises hereby conveyed with the privileges and appurtenances aforesaid unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns and to his own proper use and benefits forever. And the said parties of the first part for themselves their heirs Executors and administrators do hereby Covenant with the Said party of the Second part and his heirs and assigns as follows:— Viz:— That the said parties of the first part are lawfully seized of the said premises hereby conveyed that the said parties of the first part have a good right to convey the same in manner aforesaid that the said premises are free and clean from incumbrances that the said party of the Second part and his heirs and assigns Shall quietly enjoy the same forever And that the parties of the first part will warrant and defend the title to the same premises against all lawful or Equitable claims whatsoever

I Hiram K Farris a Justice of the Peace of said county do certifiy that and Elizabeth H White his wife whose signatures appear to the foregoing Deed and who are personally known to me to be the persons described in and who Executed the Same did severally acknowledge that they had Executed the Said conveyance for the uses and purposes therein mentioned And the Said Elizabeth H White having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed and Examined Seperate and apart from her said acknowledged that She had Executed the Same and relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed Voluntarily freely and without compulsion of her said Given under my hand and Seal this the 8th day of Nov AD 1843
