<pt SEC 6 T 4 R 7 50 acres Ex> of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of onehundredandtwentyfivedollars to them in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell convey and confirm unto the Said party of the Second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that tract of land Situate and being in the county of and State of and known and described the west part of the North half of the South East quarter of Section No Six Township No four hath in Range No Seven West of the fourth principal Meridian containing fifty acres Together with all and Singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto Belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the Estate right title and interest of the said parties of the first part of and to the Same
To have and to hold the Land and premises hereby conveyed with the privileges and appurtenances aforesaid unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns and to his own proper use and benefit forever
And the said paties of the first part for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do hereby covenant with the said party of the Second part and his heirs and assigns as follows— Viz:— that the said parties of the first part are lawfully seized of the Said premises hereby conveyed that the said parties of the first part have a good right to convey the Sume in manner aforesaid That the said premises are free and clear from incumbrances that the said party of the Second part and his heirs and assigns shall quietly enjoy the same forever and that the parties of the first part will warrent and defend the title to the said premises against all lawful or Equitible claims whatsoever In Testimony whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day and year first above named written

I Hiram K Farris a Justice of the peace of said county do certify that and Elizabeth H White his wife whose signatures appear to the foregoing Deed and who are personally known to me to be the persons described in and who executed the same did severally acknowledge that they had executed the said conveyance for the uses and purposes therein mentioned And the said Elizabeth H White having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed and Examined separate and apart from her said acknowledged that she had executed the same and relinquished her rightof dower to the premises therein conveyed voluntarily freely and without compulsion of her said Given under my hand and Seal this the 8th day of Nov AD. 1843
