street 53 feet: Bounded on the East by Wells Streets 181½ feet being the fraction to fill out Geo P Dykes lot in Hancock county Illinois. Containing 35 Rods and 90¼ feet more or less, for one hundred dollars to be paid as follows:— Twenty five dollars to be paid in Tailoring on or before twelve Months; twenty five dollars to be paid on or before two years; Twenty five Dollars to be paid on or before three years and twenty five dollars to be paid on or before four years as the several notes full due— Now I bind myself in the above bond to make said a Deed in fee simple if he well and truly paid notes as they fall due otherwise the above Bond to be void

This Indenture made and entered into this twenty fourth day of October in the year or our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five between and Clarissa [Bostwick LeBaron] his wife of the first County of and State of of the one part and of the and aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said and Clarissa his wife for and in consideration of the sum of forty dollars seven dollars to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said his heirs and assigns forever all that part or parcel of land situate and being in the county of in the state of viz:— A part of Lot four in Block No one hundred and twenty one (121) beginning fifty feet East of the South West corner of said lot thence East forty five feet thence North across the Lot. thence west forty five feet; thence to the place of beginning: be the same more or less Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever And the said and Clarissa his wife their heirs and assigns the aforesaid premises unto the said his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Testimony whereof the said and Clarissa his wife of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.

I Notary public for in said do certify that and Clarissa his wife whose signatures appear to the foregoing Deed and who are personally known to me to be the persons described in and who executed the same did severally acknowledge that they had Executed the said conveyance for the uses and purposes therein mentioned And the said Clarissa LeBaron having been by me made acquainted with the contents of the said Deed and examined seperate and apart from her said acknowledged that she had Executed the same and relinquished her dower to the premises therein conveyed voluntarily, freely, and without compulsion of her said
