<A pt lot 4 Block 150 > Witnesseth that the said Phebe Miller and Lucretia M. Johnson for and in consideration of the Sum of One hundred and twenty five dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant, bargain sell, convey and confirm unto the said his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the county of State of Viz:— A part of Lot No four in Block No one hundred and fifty as described in plot of the city of and bounded as follows Viz: Beginning thirty five feet East of the South West corner of said Lot running thence East in line of Water Street twenty five feet: thence North one hundred feet; thence West twenty five feet— thence South to the place of beginning— Together with all and singular the appertenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Phebe Miller and Lucretia M Johnson their heirs and assigns the aforesaid premises unto the said his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever do and will warrant and forever by these presents defend
