<E. N. Freeman to pt L 53 B 4 in s Add.> , of the county of and aforesaid, of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Elijah N. Freeman for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said his heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land situate and being in the county of in the State of , viz. a part of lot fifty three (53) in Block four (4) of s addition to , commencing at the North East corner of said lot thence South to the center of Hotchkiss Street, thence West to the center of Warsaw Street, thence North to the North line of said lot, thence East to the place of beginning, be the same more or less. Together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above described premises unto the said his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Elijah N. Freeman his heirs and assigns the aforesaid premises unto the said his heirs and assigns against the claim or claims of all and every person whomsoever, do and will warrant and forever by these presents defend. In testimony whereof the said Elijah N. Freeman of the first part, hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
