It being made to appear to the Court that Guy Smith one of the appraisers heretofore appointed in this case is temporarily absent from his home and there by reason thereof unable to perform his duties as such appraiser. It is therefore by the Court ordered that A S [Alvin Stone] Richards a judicious disinterested freeholder of the vicinity be appointed in the stead of the said Guy Smith and shall perforce with the said George Frank & Reuben Harmon theduties the appraisers heretofore appointed <perforce> the duties required by the order heretofore issued to said George Frank Reuben Harmon & Guy Smith
