The of the City of will pay City Surveyor, Three Dollars, out of the Funds in the City Treasury, for surveying the first Street East of Warsaw Street, that Amount having been allowed him, at a Meeting of the City Council, & by them, the 15th. day of January Instant.
This Order to be Signed by the Mayor before presented for pay[men]t.
