Your petitioner shows, that he is a creditor to a large amount of Joseph Smith, late of in the State of , but now deceased— That there is property of decedent in this county as petitioner is informed and believes— and that petitioner prays for letters of administration to be granted to him on said estate <the estate> of said decedent— & will ever pray
