guilty of the charge Preferred against <him> your further avers that this Prosecution against him has been Instituted through Malice Private Pique & corruption— your further avers that upon the Said Examination your Was required by the Said to Entr into Bail in the Sum of Three Hundred dollars which Sum is Exorbitant and unjust. Your verily believes— Your would therefore most respectfully ask your Honorable Body to grant him the Privilege & Benefit of your most gracious Writ of that your may be dealt with according to Law. Justic and humanity— and your as in duty Bound Will Ever Pray—
