To the honorable Mayor Alderman and Councelors of the Citty of greeting
The undersigned Citizens of said respectfully represent that they they are Deeply interested in the improvement and advancement of said your petitioners would therefore most respetfully represent to your Honorable bodey that they deem it essential to the prosperity of Said to the Convnience and hapiness of the Cittizens thereof to have the Street next east of Spears St opened from parly to young Street and pray your honorable Body will in its wisdom so ordain we your Petitioners in Duty bound will ever pray
