Resolved by the city council of the city of that Marshal of said — be & is hereby authorized to draw <​on the Treasury​>— for any sum, not exceeding any— two hundred dolla[r]s— of any moneys not other wise approp[r]iated,— or if necessity acquire make a Loan of the same, for the for the purpos of supplying the city police with food.— [p.
