Resolved. That on any member <​or members​> of the C. C. [city council] of the C. of Notifying leaving <​or reporten that he <​or they​> is above [about?] to leave​> the city for with the <​the city with​> intention of being absent for three months or longer. The city Council may elect a member or members to fill his place or their places untill <​his or​> their return.
