This day came Eli D. Walker and in Open Court acknowleged himself to owe and be indebted to the People of the State of in the sum of Fifty Dollars to be levied of his goods and chattels, Lands tenements and real Estate for the same Conditioned that if the said Eli D Walker shall be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Circuit Court of to be holden at the Court House in on the third monday in the month of May next to give evidence in behalf of the People of the State [p. 208]
