At A meeting of the Stockholders of the Nauvoo <Boarding> House  at the office of Joseph Smith on the 5th day of Feby  A. D. 1841 at the City of Nauvoo
Joseph Smith was called to the chair and  R[obert] B. Thompson appointed secretary.
The revelations respecting the building of the Nauvoo  Boarding house being read
It was Moved and seconded and carried  unanimously, that George Miller be president  of the Quorum of the Nauvoo boarding house.
It was moved and seconded and carried  unanimously, that John Snider be Clerk for of  the said Quorum.
It was moved and seconded that no man  be received as a stockholder unless he be <is> a member  of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints [p. [1]]
