plaintiff in the above case having been first duly sworn, doth depose and say on oath that he is plaintiff in the above cause and that he fears he will not receive a fair trial of said case in Circuit Court, in which the said case is now pending for the reasons that the inhabitants of said are prejudicd against the , that he cannot expect a fair trial of said case in the said Circuit Court of , he therefore prays of this Honorable Court, a change of venue in said case, as is by law in such cases made and provided.
