Know Ye that I , administrator of the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased have this the 30 day of April 1845 bargained, Sold, and conveyed unto for the consideration of the Sum of four hundred dollars, the Receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged all the right, title and interest that Joseph Smith had or that his estate has in the ferry across the , from the city of & in Iowa Territory Together with all Rents, annuities Right of ways, landing and privileges that Joseph Smith Deceased had in and about said Ferry which he Received from George Robison or from the City of and by these presents I , administrator aforesaid forever Quick claim unto and to his heirs and assigns for the consideration aforesaid all the interest, Rights and claims of Joseph Smith deceased in and about Said Ferry. In Witness whereof I administrator of the Estate of Joseph Smith deceased have this the 30 day of April AD. 1845. Sett my hand and seal
