THE subscriber having taken out letters of administration from the cour[t] of Probate, of , Illino[i]s, ◊n the estate of Joseph Smith d[e]cease[d], notifies and requests all persons having claims aga[i]nst said estate, to present the same to him or the court of Probate of said for settlement, on or befor[e] [t]he 19th day of May, 1844 [1845].
All persons indebted to said estate ar[e] requested to make immediate payment to [t]he undersigned.
