And now comes Henry Stephens appointed by the Court herein for & Francis <> infant defendants herein and for answer says that he is not informed of the matters & things in s Bill set forth & can neither admit nor deny the same & puts their rights in the protection of the Court.
Henry Stephens being duly sworn says the matters set forth in the foregoing answer are true.
